If you are not a registered user, you will have this information by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.

Your order will go through these steps:

Purchased: you have completed your purchase correctly.
Being processed: we received your order information.
Being prepared: your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
Shipped from the warehouse: the order has already left our facilities.
Out with the courier: your order is on its way, you will receive it shortly.
Delivered to the customer: your order was delivered.

Remember you will receive your order updates by email.
